Installing After-market Exhaust

Im getting a new exhaust this week, but i still have my warranty and i dont want to void it, so im just going to change it out to take it into the stealership. Every review, PDF install file, and DIY require cutting off the stock exhaust as shown:

http://www.magnaflow.com/07techtips/pdfs/16542.pdf

Cant post image, its on a PDF.

Every catback exhaust advertises "bolts on directly to factory downpipes" But that wouldnt involve cutting it would just involve taking off the exhaust, correct?
What im wondering is, is there any exhaust i can get that i can install with ZERO cutting required?

Thanks

All cat-back systems bolt to the downpipes. The only time you would cut is if you got an axle back (mufflers ) only.

Edit- just looked at the PDF. That's the first catback I've seen that requires you to cut, it looks about 6 inches from the downpipe flange. Pretty dumb of magnaflow to not Just build the system complete with the flange.

If you're very worried, just buy a quality And "complete" system.

All these exhausts are clamp on. Why cant i just find a simple BOLT ON exhaust, like they all advertise?

An exhaust will not void your warrant. But if you are worried go with an AE exhaust, fits perfectly and easy to install ( not to mention sounds amazing and gives a small gain)

Did you have to cut the stock exhaust off? Or cut anything for that matter?

Some of the bolt ons I can think of off the top of my head are AMS, AE, Agency Power, HKS, The cheapos like Topspeed/M2. I'm sure other people can add to this. Autobahn Exotics (AE) is very popular on here...AMS is my favorite for sound and weight savings.

What's your logic behind that?

Like the sound of ae, love the weight savings of ams. And I love the weight savings and sound of hpf, just waiting to see finished prduct now I guess; even though I want to get an exhaust right now.
