Philips D1S 6000k?

Was wondering who has these installed on their car or even the 5000k ones which are semi new I think. Was looking for a more pure white and I think I remember hearing somewhere that the philips 6000k had a purple hue to it as opposed to blue? I don't necessarily need pics since most pics turn out more blue than what they really are but just people who have first hand experience with them. I really don't mind a slight hue as long as it's mostly just white with no yellow left.

I have 6000 K (don't think there are Philips though) and they have absolutely no yellow color, basically the ground lights up entirely white.

yeah guess so, I think I asked Mike@F1 before just couldn't remember which bulbs gave off the purple. Might be going with these just so they are a change from the regular blue hue like other HIDs

Is it all white? Or do u have a somewhat yellowish in there? I think our bulbs are 4350k but I have no clue how much 5000k will change it lol.

I don't think they are $300. Unless you are talking about a full HID kit haha. I am just simply getting the d1s bulbs for the headlight. I think they are around $170.

I have the mtech 6000K and I didn't notice any purple...I think they look awesome. But I've yet to drive my car at night since I got them...so I haven't been able to see if they are brighter than stock..but I'm sure they are....and I just had my lights re-alligned....they were out of whack bad....
