Alignment @ RRT, VA

I have scheduled an alignment for my E92. After traveling on 495 last few weekends to go to C &C, my car pulls to right a bit. Any feedbacks on RRT from members will be appreciated.

I called them twice a day for four days in a row, left messages each time. Never got a single call back. I called PTuning, they answered first ring, and gave me a same day alignment. Paid $125 and couldn't be happier.

i had an appointment with RRT, answered every time scheduled me every time and were completely honest. 110 for an alignment isnt bad at all, and they give you the choice of street or track alignment.

I ended up cancelling my appointment and going to NTB in merrifield last minute because I had a 500 mile roadtrip last minute. Their lead tech drives a 7 series and knows about BMWs, and treats your car well. Their services have a 1-3 year warranty which includes free alignments for that time period. They were very professional and were great.

RRT knows BMWs. They did most of the major stuff on my car, with Wagonwork doing the rest (cosmetic stuff).

I called and talked to James and had an appointment for alignment but I had to go out of town prior to the alignment so I ended up going to Mach V. James was very helpful and even referred me to Mach V.

I guess mine was a fluke then, I was a little pissed I couldn't get in touch with them
