TopSpeed tune+AMS fmic=100rwhp

Finally got my car into TopSpeed to get some data logging done b/c of a little hesitation I was having. I was having this "hesitation" since my original tune was installed so was curious and concerned what it could be. Data logging complete the car was back on the dyno.
The car was retuned with the same mild custom tune and made an additional 50 rwhp. The only change since the original tune was the AMS fmic I installed 3 weeks earlier. I've never heard of such a gain from just a fmic, but am not complaining. Maybe a tank of poor quality gas on the first tune caused a lower gain than this time around. Can't say but am happy with the gains the car is able to make with just these two mods. Only DP's to add now, so if anyone has or knows someone I'm in the market for a good set of used DP's.
I was told that the hesitation I originally went in for was caused by the boost controller and there wasn't a whole lot that could be done. They did the best they could to smooth it out and did an admiral job, although there is still a little there. My question to anyone in the know:
If the boost controller is trying to adjust boost and I am able to feel it, does that mean there is too much boost? My understanding is the car is boosting just under 13psi, so I wouldn't think that affects the boost controller.
Would a new boost controller change any of the problems I'm having or is it a tuning issue?
Enjoying the car.....

Did you have the hesitation before the tune? I was considering the TopSpeed tune when I'm ready for more power, but this hesitation is now holding me back. What is this hesitation?

Also do you have any base dyno vs. tuned dyno? I have an AAIC and making 100whp over stock would be impressive!! Also, congrats on making 100whp over stock, that is definitely awesome!

No I got this shortly after the tune. Maybe hesitation isn't the right word....somewhere between 31xx-4000 RPM the car would have a slight stumble hesitation rough spot etc during 1/2 to 3/4 throttle in 4th and 5th gears. I am picky as hell so this slight stumble concerned me. Most people don't even feel it.
I have a base dyno run and original tune dyno run in another thread:

I'm still waiting on the most current run to be emailed.....

Here it is but it isn't where I was told it was. Maybe I misunderstood the information I was given. I would change the title but the edit feature won't let me, so sorry for misleading info and title.
That being said I did pick up quite a bit more rwhp just not the posted 50. I am still very pleased with the tune and the performance of the car.

Do the logs show a drop in timing around 4200rpm's? If so that might be what you are feeling. Every flash/piggyback car I have seen has a timing dropout in that area unless they are running meth or race gas.

What was the temp. outside for both dyno sessions? Temp. can play a HUGE role in hp.
