Amtec Human Capital is seeking a car enthusiast to work at a Auto Modification-Specialty Shop as a Customer Service Rep. Please hit up the number below, if you love cars, love to work with people and meet the necessary qualifications!!!!

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: La Habra, CA

Duration: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

- Process credit cards on new orders

- Provide order status to customers inquiring via e-mail & phone

- Keep customers updated on backordered items

- Deal with customers regarding orders to ship

- Inventory management

- Assist returns department when they are overwhelmed

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED required; One year of college or technical training preferred.

* 2 years sales or customer service experience preferred.

* Highest commitment to quality customer service.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong computer skills; Ability to learn and work with new programs.

* Car enthusiasts preferred

($10-12 Per Hour)
