F1 Autohaüs ... Off the Grid?

Curious what the groups experience has been with F1 Autohaus. It appeared from previous posts that the company had a good rep. In fact, I was speaking with them by PM several weeks ago regarding an order, and suddenly: poof .. no responce . I then went to the web site and tried to no avail to get a response via direct email.

Unfortunately my excitement got the better of me, and I reluctantly placed an order on the FI Autohaus website and paid through Google . Now I'm stuck wondering if the company is even in business anymore, much less the order being fulfilled. To make matters worse, I paid for 2nd day shipping. I know I'm protected through my credit card company, but just want some answers so I can move on. Any thoughts, and or suggestions?

I had the same issue but didn't move forward. At first, we were communicating then afterwards, no response. GL bro... I have two friends who did it thru OSS and they were happy.

I'm surprised as I just recommended them to someone who asked about led interior lights! They were very professional when I placed my order and everything arrived well-packed and installed perfectly. Hope it's just a temporary thing!

I have tried contacting them via the forum, through google checkout and even directly through their web site. Not a word from anyone. It is so disappointing! They don't offer a phone number either.

Please keep me posted if your friend has any better luck. I heard good things about them, but seriously if you don't respond to your customers you can't expect to stay in business very long.
