iPod kit for the Z4 M Coupe

I'm thinking of having it installed on my Z4 M Coupe, any feedback is appreciated.

I had mine installed about 2 weeks ago. The unit cost $150, and the install cost $300. All I can say is "BMWCCA membership pays for its self". The system works pretty well. You have to make 6 playlists labeled BMW1....throught BMW6.......The total cost of the install was $391.02. I figure that an iPod plus install kit is cheaper and more efficient than CD changer plus CDs. Sound quality is decent.

Rommel-you might want to consider the DICE unit also. Recently DICE was bundled with HD Radio capability and I am seriously considering that. Contact Tom @ EAS if you want more information:

If I get HD unit installed I will let you know how well it functions.

Rommel-good call! If you are having Tom do the install he does great work and gets things apart and back together great.

I have the DICE unit...capabilities blow away BMW install...iPod mounted in the trunk because I can control all of it through the steering wheel controls or radio...song title, artist and album all scroll across radio.... simply awesome 3000+ songs on board! ;-) DICE is the way to go !

I haven't installed mine. Don't have the guts to take my car apart.
