My new E90 Titanium Silver!

Just picked this up from my BMW dealer 4 days ago.
I know you guys mostly drive around in your 330 or 335's, but over here in Norway it's just to expensive for normal people like me. So this 320i is what I could afford right now. But I am very very happy with it! And I think it's a much better drive then my previous E46 320i (2,2 litre).

Here are some specs:
2005 Titanium Silver metallic 320i
Manual transmission
Xenons
Sportsseats
Blacklines
Leather Multifunction steering wheel
Automatic Climate Control
18" Ellipsoid Replicas (Summer)
17" BBS RDW (Winter as seen on the pictures)

So, what do you think?

Engine specs:
4 cylindres
1995 ccm
150 HP
200 Nm @ 3600 rpm
0-100 km/h: 9 secs

This model costs around 50-60.000 $ in Norway (used, about 1 yr old with my specs or as new with no extras). A 325 is about 90-92.000 $ and the 335 is around 135-140.000 $. Yes, thats in dollars!

Norway rips you off and thats wy we have both the 320i, the 318i (129 hp) and the lame 316i (115 hp) as well.

I like the wheels as well, but can't wait until the snow is gone. I really want to see my car with the 18" Ellipsoid rims

And I thought in Austria they are already bastards! - ~32% taxes on net price + 1100 Euro annual engine hp tax for a 330i.

Whats the political background in Norway to punish people who keep the economy going by buying new/young cars?

Yes, exactly! That is the question indeed! Everybody keeps asking themselves that. The answer: there is none. There is no logical political background that says it should be like this! With the prices on our cars there should at least be good condition roads over here, but is it? NO!

Sheesh. I really hope we in NA will never get to that level over taxation without concrete results on the road. I agree that at least if the roads were smoooth like silk and cleared of all snow and ice all winter then maybe......

But hey, at least they can get hair pieces (whigs) for free in Norway
