Some more JB3 G4 dyno runs and logs

Here are a few more runs and some notes from BMS on them! Looking good. This should be an exciting addition to the N54 tuning lineup.

Few notes:

1) All runs done on ARCO brand 91 octane. The cheap stuff.
2) Catback gains looked to be around 8rw over the stock catback @ the same boost/octane levels. And a little lighter too. Can't complain there.
3) The bypass map boost is very close to stock boost levels now. Maybe 1/2psi higher or so. I would expect a baseline of around 295rw fully bolted so between the extra 1/2psi and the dyno conditions we're around 15rw high on the baseline. So the rest of the numbers may be 5-10rw higher than normal.
4) After testing I'm saddened to report the factory EGT monitoring system is not accurate enough to be used as a tuning tool. It reports ~1400 degrees F at the end of a 1/4 mile run @ 8psi and similar temps @ ~15psi. Bummer.
5) Overall happy with the 13 and 14.5psi maps. The G4 will eventually provide fluid movement from 11-16psi based on autotuning feedback but we have a little more work to do there on the algorithms. Will head back in a week to do some various dyno runs at different octane levels to show autotuning in action.
6) For kicks I fired up the meth system w/ 600ml 50/50 mix. My flow sensor was misbehaving so had to disable the progressive meth input and lock it in a map for dyno testing. Will get that sorted out soon.
7) The G4 alpha has 18ohm load resistors in it and a different algorithm so the 18ohms now are similar to 24ohms on the G3 in terms of allowable duty cycle. On the high boost meth mapping it's under targeting 1.5psi on the dyno. e.g. target is 18psi and boost is only getting to ~16.5psi before PWM sits at 100%. Overall, 16.5-17psi max for a default board is about what we want to provide so we're close there. For the race guys you just plug in a resistor pack in to the DB9 to raise the duty cycle limit if you want.
8) Timing looks good for the heavy water mix and overall I'm happy with the power curve.
