New guy on campus

Whats up everybody. Purchased a 07 335i sedan with sport and premium packages about a month ago. Loving every minute of it since. Just wanted to say hi.

What do you all think of carbon fiber window trim?? Car is space grey. Not an over lay but something called hydro graphix I think?

there's no space gray 2007 E90's. Maybe Sparkling Graphite?

Haha I love sparkling graphite, they stopped making this color in 2008 so consider it a rarity lol. Unfortunately the only gray now is space gray which is too light for my tastes.

Welcome to the jungle! CF Window Trim- Probably not worth it. Just get matte black. And post pics in the gallery if you haven't already.

Congrats and Welcome! CF window trim is no good in my opinion.. I had that for awhile and took it off.. doesnt look so great.

+1. Not sure why they couldn't keep both colors in production, or at least offer the Dark Graphite they offer on the new 5 series

ya i hade the CF window trim on my car, i took it off. it looked tacky. i put it on originally because i hatted how my finger prints always showed up on the pillar but i eventually stopped noticing it

Shutting the door by nudging it with your arm won't leave anything (unless you're sweaty I guess)

ya my hands sweat when i drive, i dont know what wrong with them lol. I dont have a perforated leather steering wheel so im guessing that and always being stressed.

not to mention other people who like to eat in my car always leave greasy fingerprint there too

Thanks everybody for the welcomes. I was considering the cf trim but started thinking it might be too much, my car is dark so I kind thought it might look nice. Im thinking you all are right though. A little tacky, I just got this car and dont want to make mistakes like previous cars
