i rate their customer service below avg.
i put an order of rpm r-505 rims on the web... no response. no e-mail or anything.
so i call'em up. i asked up what's up with my order, and they said they did not have the rims in stock. and i asked them when they would have the rims, and they said unknown. and i was like why the hell wasn't i notified of all this before hand.

you know... i don't know, i mean, i really don't want to recommend you to this place.

Do a search on the net and you will find alot of negative comments about them. There are plenty of other wheel dealers out there with better reps. Keeping looking around.
