Question: BB Fabrication Dp's

Im looking for a 3'' catless Dp's but right know the macht schnell are on backorder for 3 more weeks and I dont want to pay $729 for AR design they maybe are the best but they are way to expensive and I need them before december!

I was looking for more information about BB fabrication downpipes, I know some of you installed them on your cars and had fitments issues others didn't because they fix that.

Any news or updates?

there may be some blackfriday sales on dps this year? Andrew most likely will as well..

Justin at BB fab no longer makes products for our cars. This is always subject to change, however I received the last set of downpipes from him that he made and they were custom true 3" with no taper. They are good pipes but you'll need to find them used.

BB Fab DPs appear to be identical to AR DPs. I bought a used set of BB Fab pipes and sent them out with Nivedh's AR DPs to get ceramic coating, so we had a chance to put both sets next to each other and the welds looked identical (beautiful). The welded pipe sections were very similar as well.

Because Justin used to work at AR. Obviously this is the case of an employing sayin, "What the hell, I do all the real talent work here, I'm going to start my own business". And that is what happened. So anyone that had the pleasure of doing business with Justin will realize he was a great guy to exchange money with and he had very good prices for his ability.

I had a pretty good idea of what happened by reading a few threads on the matter but didn't write about it as an attempt to keep the thread hate-free.

But it's interesting to know Justin will no longer be making parts for our cars. Do you know why is this?

You got it. More to the story then that but BB is an ex employee of ar design.

I was looking at the raceland dp's also and they are not available anymore in their website,

Im desperate there is a "exotic car rally" on dec 5 and I want to play with the big kids, I hate my self for selling my VK 2.5 and my Mach Schnell 3'' that I had.
