If you are running a Procede, update your harness as posted here. Some DME versions don't like downpipe fixes. Even when they are turned "off" or set to minimum strength.

HPFP Injectors plugs coils. If no codes thrown, fuel pump and plugs can yeild a rough idle.

When it starts shaking as you've described, what is your RPM; like less than 500 RPM's? Right before my HPFP failed, the car would start from cold and shake. I had to kick up the idle until it would stabilize at 1100 RPM.

In my case, I needed the HPFP replaced, all spark plugs, and my injectors.

That IS normal. My car rough idles when it's colder outside then smooths right back out when it warms up. At worst you might have some carbon build-up.
