solution to hpfp from 85 mercedes

1985 Mercedes 500 had two hpfp with a bypass. If one failed the second kicked in and no one was the wiser. Until #2 failure. At least things would work.longer and if u knew number 1 was out you could get service without loosing power. Then they would just have to give us free lifetime hpfp replacements.
