Procede questions

I just got my replacement procede from vishnu, I have a MT with no cats. It is labeled V4 6AT and the harness is labeled "updated". I hope to GOD that I dont have to send this one back. Let me know if this setup will work on my car and if not, what do I have to do to change it? I dont really have time to search the forums bc im at work. I cant call vishnu bc they are closed right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just reload the 6MT maps to be sure. Hook it up, it's a 1 minute update

Well last time it was labeled "race", this time its not. Also the yellow harness is not missing the pin if you know what I mean. Last time vishnu said that it was supposed to be missing. This harness has a red pin in place where there was a missing pin last time. I really would rather not do this install 6 times like I did last time. I want to know everything b4 I put my time back into it.

as i understand v4 comes ready to go no need to load any maps its loaded already or i am wrong?

Hi guys,
All the harnesses that leave here get updated. Shouldn't matter with CANclear functional. You can actually run a 6AT map in a 6MT with no issue other than CANshift (bogfix) not working. However, running a 6MT map in a 6AT will cause all sorts of wackiness. This is why we ship Procedes loaded with 6AT maps when in doubt.

so if i have 6mt i no need to worry what maps are loaded on

SUCESSFULLY INSTALLED! LOL, I skipped lunch today to install my new unit, it only took 20 mins from popping the hood, it had to be the actual unit. Everything works great now. I forgot how much power there was on a tuned N54. DAAAMN. Now I just need to load the 6MT maps instead of the 6AT. Thanks a lot Shiv. I will send the other procede and the harness tomorrow morning. I appreciate all the help guys!

Robert shipped my new procede with 6MT loaded when I sent in my old procede in. I guess that was luck or one hell of a customer service.

They sent me ther correct one to begin with but I had what we think is a defective unit. Cant confirm it until shiv tests it. They sent me another one overnight and it works perfectly. Once again, great customer service! The power is sooo smooth. Kinda sneaky fast lol. Now its time to pick out all the settings i like and start tooling with it. Cant wait...
