Tech Package : Rear View camera?

so one of the things i liked in the tech package is the rear view camera with top view. but when i selected this option, i see on a separate option that a plan "rear view camera" for $400. doesn't the tech package have the rear view camera? or is the rear view camera with top view different than the regular rear view camera? i'm confused.

I think the deal is the tech package rear view camera also includes the under mirror cameras so the system can create the top view feature.

The optional rear view camera {outside of the tech package} does not include these additional cameras nor the software to create the top view.
