seems a VANOS issue? Run stock jb3 map and see if it happens again. If it does you might need to fix the VANOS.

And what is vanos sorry! How can I fix it

thats something the bmw dealer or a BMW mechanic can fix. Is the control of the valves . Search for VANOS for more info.
