car got hit while parked, needs opinion..

car was parked and got hit by some assholes.

there is a crease from the tail light to the passenger door. no paint chip off but scratches near the wheel too. I have $250 comprehensive insurance deductible. Do you think it is better to claim my insurance or just bring it to a body shop? Not sure how much they will jack up my premium though.

How much do you think it cost to fix it?
