What can I look forward to?
Having ordered back in Dec and now been given a production start date of week 10, apart from a great (hopefully) car (E90 335i), what can I look forward to being a BMW owner?
I've had 3 Hondas over the past 11 years and enjoyed all of them but wanted a change (also Honda seem to have stop making performance saloons). |

Hi Matlough and congrats on the car order.
New to BMWs myself. The main differences I've noticed, coming from a Mazda RX8 and previously a Toyota Celica, is the quality of the materials inside the cabin. Everything seems so well put together and solid and shouts quality. Mind you, it should, as my car was 10k more than the RX8. I miss the uniqueness of the RX and the high rev ranges of the 8 and the vvt-i Toyota, but the engine in the BMW is seriously good. (I also had a v-tec Honda in the past). Also I like the sports seats and the auto lights and wipers on mine. I was used to xenons, but the dual xenons are excellent. I've also noticed people's unwillingness to let you out at junctions! Oh yes...if you're not used to rear wheel drive it's the dogs, particularly if you're a keen driver.:rocks: I'm sure you'll love the car!

yeah, i started off with a honda, then got an 06 325i last year....i could already tell there was a great difference between the brand.....then i traded my 325i for a 335i (e90), gotta say love the car, has all the comforts of the 325i i had, but the horsepower is so much nicer, really does throw yourself back in your seat...........in short its a smooth and effortless drive

This is why the E90 335i is such a great car....
Aswell as being safe, practical every day car, it can also keep up (and beat in some cases) with all this company..... The BMW is the cheapest car here! You can look forward to meeting fellow E90/E91/E92 owners and E90post members if you come to the next UK meet at Donington Park on Saturday 17th March. You will learn more about your car, see other specs, and hopefully enjoy the company of other E90 owners and enthusiasts.
In general, you can certainly look forward to the power, the beautiful sound of the engine, the refinement, the handling and having a big smile on your face! |

Is it a black one? Saw one on the M25 at the Dartford crossing the other morning. What a lovely machine.

mines in silver, i wanted a black one originally but would of had to wait for it from the factory so i took the silver one in the showroom.
I had to wait an entire week from test drive to picking up my car! A whole WEEK! |
