Passenger airbag

Is there anyway of turning this off guys ? The book says that it's on the passenger side of the dashboard but it ain't.
Car is an E92 coupe.

There's just end caps there no key hole to switch it off.

its an option, not standard spec.

Gutter, i thought there was the option on all cars to turn it off.

I have a coupe with all options except this one.
But my cheapo budget base model 318d has this off switch!

Newer models all have it for sure, but older ones it was an option.
