E90 Retrofit Split Folding Rear Seats

Anyone know if it's possible to retrofit split folding rear seats to an E90. My son's bought a huge bass guitar (

) but it doesn't fit in the boot

If the car had split folding rear seats it would.

Possibly, but you'll need new seat backs and carriers all sorts of bits to do it.

That's very interesting because I read about this before on the forum and someone said it wasn't possible due to there being some kind of torsion beam across the car which would get in the way.

It does annoy my not having this feature, but like swanseahammer, there is no way I could fit it!

cant find them anywhere....and not many people know to order them!
