Hood painting
Hey guys, sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum.
The hood on my E90 has some gnarly dings that I need fixed/painted. What can I expect to pay for a complete hood paint job? Is there anyway you can get your insurance company to foot the bill? Thanks for the space! -TonyP |

Insurance is actually picky about multiple dings. Technically you have to pay your deductible for each incident. So if you have 4 dings then they will say it is 4 incidents therefore likely exceeding the cost of getting it done yourself. You are looking at a minimum of 600 to get the hood repainted. Expect them to want to blend it with the fenders which will drive it up to 1 grand plus.
