2011 F10 535i Fair Price

Hello guys, I'm new to this forum and would love you guys to input on this one.

Fair deal if i was to offer $58000 w/o TTL including the $1500 Holiday Credit?

2011 535i
Alpine White
Oyster and Black Dakota Leather
Dark Wood Trim
Convenience Package
Dynamic Handling Package
Premium Package
Premium Package 2
Sport Package
Sports Auto Tranny with Shift Paddles
Anthracite Headliner

Including D&H
MSRP is $64,775.

TTL would come out at $62,930 (i live in Louisiana) Also, this would be a custom order..

This will be our 7th car we have bought at this dealer over the pass 6 years.

What's the invoice from edmunds.com? If the offer is a few hundred $ over it is a decent deal.

I wasn't able to locate the invoice price on Edmunds.com. It only shows the Grand T models.

But I was able to get the invoice price here in our forums.

Invoice is $59,555 with the following above options as mentioned. That doesn't include the $1500 credit yet. If included then, i guess it would be $58,055. So maybe $58,500 should be fair then? Since all they doing is ordering it for me and some paper work here and there.

Start at $58 and see what they come back with. Maybe the volume you give them is worth it to them. Doesn't hurt to ask. Another angle, maybe now is a good time to see where they stand on making deals so you'll have a better idea in the future.

Some invoice pricing doesn't include the MACO fee and something else that eludes me at the moment, so be prepared for a few hundred more. Maybe not. Just sayin...

I concur, with the market these days, a few hundred over invoice seems like a reasonable number. It all makes me wish I had waited a few more months on mine, but hey, it's here, I like it, I'm not going to worry about it, water under the bridge and all that.

The oyster/black is lovely, good choice on that!

Okay finally I have received the phone call after my initial $58k. They came back with $60,900 and won't budge anymore. He says that they are making near to nothing giving me that! Not true! So my final offer was $59k, and so he says good luck, u won't find my deal anywhere else. Im willing to go somewhere else to get the this deal and wherever. I have lots of patience so I'm willing to wait. After all, its my money not theres. So should I be stick around with that price or am I wasting my time really? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My wife wanted it that color, originally I wanted the cinnamon color. I hope it's this was a good choice on a white exterior!

One of the things I've done in the past is to show them how I arrived at my price offer and let them see line by line what the costs are. That allows them to identify anything that is wrong in my analysis but also to see where they are making their money.

I realize that it's LA and your choices may be limited, but I'd try getting quotes from other dealers. I wonder if you would do better in larger cities where there's more competition - say N.O. or in AL or even Atlanta. Might be worth a plane ticket to save $1000... or at least to assist in negotiations.

Yeh, it's pretty limited where I'm at. 90% of the BMW's here are from that specific dealer. Imma try NO today and maybe further out.

i gues there's no holiday credit now. so add $1500 to the deal assuming his best deal was $500 above invoice before holiday credit
