Can folding rear seats be retrofitted ?.I can't understand why these weren't standard in the saloon.I'm guessing there would be quite alot of work involved if it could be done.

Yes it can be done but it's a major pain in the arse to do and would require a lot of expensive parts.

I have been thinking about this and would love to do this on my car.

I never even thought about asking about folding seats when I bought it. I mean all modern cars have that as standard right?.........wrong!

There is a detailed thread about how to do it in the DIY section on the main forums. Have a read and see what you think.
