N54 vs n55 intercooler....

Does anyone know the difference between an n54 and an n55 intercooler????

I have a friend selling me an n54 helix intercooler for dirt cheap. I know the intercooler piping is different but is the intercooler design changed at all?

the inlet and outlets are not the same , same core ,but a n54 IC wont work in a n55 without in/outlet modification. Also, the IC piping is different exept the Tbody pipe....

What changes with the inlet and outlets?? Would it be the angles/direction in which they are facing? or would it be the diameter of the pipe?

Try to look on the Helix web site, maybe you can find pictures of both. Or PM a member which installed an N55 Helix, maybe he has pictures...
