How can I tell HELP!!!!

How can you tell what software update your car has, without I-drive. I also a got a recall letter saying that they need to update the software for the hpfp. I don't want to take it in and get some laggy software, but i also do want to take it in and think it is laggy now. Also out of warranty. Please help!!!

You cannot tell from the car. Do this...

1. Go into your dealer and have them read your keyfob.
2. Ask for a print out
3. Look for a line that says Integration Level
4. Compare this value against this PDF to get your software version http://www.bmwtis.com/tsb/attachment...ata_Status.pdf
