Need advice on fixing rear bearing noise

Hi,
I have a 06' 330i and have put 75k miles on it.
The car hit a pothole badly @ 5k and blew out the tires.
Recently, there is a noisy sound coming from right rear wheel bearing.
I'm sure about it because the bearing has been replaced once @ 45k miles when the car was still under warranty.

My questions are below:
- Since the new bearing didn't last too long, should I replace other parts as well, like axle?
- Should I change both sides?
- Should I go to the dealer?
- Do I have to go to the dealer?
- What else should I replace by the way of replacing a bearing?
- How much would it be at the dealer and at a garage?

I greatly appreciate you guys' help and input.
