Never really understood what their "True Market Value" means. In most cases, as here, it is = MSRP...

"True Market Value" reflect the average price people paid. I usually used this TMV as a basis to help negotiate for a better deal, like starting with $1500 less TMV and absolutely stop or not to go over the TMV.

I hear you. Except in this case, no one even knows if they can get a car! LOL But makes sense they equal it to MSRP, as most people (with few exceptions) seem to be quoted MSRP.

And of course some loonie dealers out on the Left Coast asking for an upward 'Market Adjustment'
