With the production released V4 firmware that is on the PROcede at the moment, you don't need to register your VIN. V4 has autotune enabled and allows meth control.

Is it VIN locked? I don't quite understand your description, thanks. Could it be installed on another car with no problems (granted installation is done correctly)? It's a great price, if its an unlocked V4.

It is VIN locked for V5. V4 doesn't have a VIN lock.
