Floor Mat quick question E90-E93

Will the sedan mats fit the coupe / convertible?

I am looking at some pictures and they seem to be the same.

I don't believe so, and here's why. I have an e90 with the factory mats and winter mats. They both fit perfectly. But I am currently driving a coupe (e93) and the dealer has the winter mats in the car, and they don't fit well at all. It's almost like there isn't enough room behind the accelerator pedal.
