N55 coolant / antifreeze capacity

Search returns nothing useful. Anyone know?

For some bonus internet points can someone with BMW TIS access post a coolant flush & fill procedure?

So total meaning if the system is completely drained and dry, it will take 10L?

According to ALLDATA for a 07 E90 N54
automatic is approx 8.4 liters
manual is approx 8.2 liters

8.2 liters, right, sorry..keep in mind it's mixed 50/50 coolant/water..distilled is recommended..

Ok in castrol's homepage says 8.2lt too but it says 5.2lt engine oil... And the real engine -n54- contains 6.5lt of oil.
Btw, i'll do 10lt of:
- distilled water 75%
- coolant 25%
- Purple ICE
