HTC Desire HD / Iphone 4 feelers

Putting the feelers out on this one!

I'm due an upgrade and was looking to get the HTC Desire HD, then offer it for swaps for an Iphone 4, would anyone be interested?

Obviously depending on the condition etc

I'd also prefer to meet in person if this was a goer, so to speak

Why not just get the iPhone 4 in the first place. HTC is cheaper so can't see a swap working without some cash.
