Question Office sms texts & Calendar ok but no email? HELP

I have a new February built 2011 535 iX MSport without nav. I have upgraded my phone to a new Blackberry 9780 with OS6 this week. I am currently instantly receiving sms text messages and I have downloaded Blackberry Calendat App which works like a charm. However after our of reconfiguring, reinstalling and rebooting everything I have come up empty on why no emails are filtering through to office. Yes I have it checked and MAP on. Anyone have a thought or two on something I am missing here?

Can you see previously received emails?

On my 2011 X5, I can see SMS, Calendar, and emails - BUT - I can only see emails that were received by the phone before I turned on my car. New emails do not show up on the iDrive until I turn the car off and turn it on again. Is this what you are seeing?

On the BlackBerry in the Bluetooth Connections, menu MAP Options (I know you state MAP is turned on) besides SMS/MMS are all your email accounts checked on? Is your download timeout set to at least 30,000 (it can take 10-15 minutes to load on mine)?

What appears to be missing is the ability to set a relative date range on the BB for message transfer (i.e. last 10 days, etc.) to limit the transfer time and the other missing ability is to set an automatic/manual update trigger (i.e. update every 5 minutes once loaded and an "update now" button).
