Question on the stud size...
If I am running wheels without the spacers, will the tips on 75mm studs stick out more than the "face" of the whees? or will they sit flush with the "face" or the wheels? I plan on using open-ended lug nuts and want the lug-nuts to be flush with the "Face" of the wheels... maybe 57mm is the better option and get extended lug nuts if I have to? |

If you want it more flush with the face of the wheel, it's best to stick with the 57mm stud kit. The 75 will stick out more without the use of the spacer because the extra room is required just in case a spacer may be used in the future. You can always drop by our office to check them out as we have them in stock. We are open on Saturdays as well from 9am to 3pm if you can't drop by during the week.

You can order the 75mm & 90mm combo, it's totally up to you. RSD designed them in different lengths to accommodate up to 25mm spacers, depending on what you guys want to do with your wheel set up.

I got the RSD 75mm kit installed on my LCI. Here is a picture of the rear. Wheel is ET42mm (19" x 9.5") and the spacer is 5mm.
You can see the studs are pretty much flush with the face of the rim. I got extra long lug nuts to have a more extended look. The bolts are nice quality, but my only complaint is that some of the bolt's hex cutouts are not as pronounced and required either a slight smaller allen hex wrench or jam in the wrench with hammer. Not a big issue as these need to be only torqued to roughly 16lbs. Also used loctite red with all my bolts |

How is the weight comparing to the bolt lugs? What are the benefits of spending money on this? |

The benefit of of a stud kit is that it'll allow changing wheels easier since you don't have to line up the holes or hold up the wheel with your legs. It also gives you the ability to have spacers of different sizes without having to get new lug bolts. Also you can use a variety of lug nuts with the stud kit to give your aftermarket wheels a nicer look take look at this DIY for installation instructions: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=419791 |

i think I will go with the 57MM studs conversion kit, and get extended lug nuts. I dont want the studs to show, and the lug nuts to be flushed with the face of the wheels.
you said you are running 5mm spacers, if you dont run the spacers, the studs will stick out for sure....right? btw, thanks for putting up the pictures! the lugs nuts are pretty flush! |

I dont trust any stud kit that is fastened on with a hex key. Makes taking it off too difficult.
