Just a thanks and an FYI

Yesterday my friend Chris and I met the E90Post board member BDMBimmer (Rob) and he was able to code a few options in to Chris' 328i including:

- digital speed readout
- auto unlock doors when car turned off
- angel eye DRL's

Rob was a decent guy and clearly knew what he was doing.

Now I'm perusing the internet for ideas on coding options once my M3 arrives back from ED.

Nice to meet you Rob and thanks for setting up my buddy Chris!

Chris as in LUSHGLI/CDUBAYA Chris?

I have the BT cable, can I do the angel eyes? I thought there was re-wiring involved?

Because you have a 2008 model BMW, all you need to do is code your AE to be your DRL. But your BT cable will not be able to do this. You need the proper coding cable.

Cars produced prior to 3/2007 need to hardwire the AE.

One in the very same. He says that he will sign up here shortly.
I wonder if he will choose something like LUSH 328 or LUSH E90. I'd say the later is cleaner.

Also no re-wiring was required.

-DRL Disable
-Corner Delete
-Seatbelt Chime Delete
-Digital Speed
-Windows-Up vie Remote/Key
-Bulb Error/Check for AE's
