Her present for this year is the OEM Aluminum pedals. I've been wanting those since even before I bought the car. Just received those UPS, will install those once it warms up. Think they will look awesome with the black/aluminum interior..

Yeah, it was warm that day too. I washed her for the first post-winter hand wash on the 12th (Monday) and took these pics.

I thought that was the end of the cold and snow. And then yesterday happened.

PS. Zaino held up really well over the winter by the way.. The dirt (and there was a lot) came off very easy, the weight of the sheepskin mit was enough to take the dirt off..

Thanks Bruno!! Can't wait to get the summer wheels, carpets back on. I might wait to install the pedals too. I could put them on now, but they'll just become a mess from snow and slush. Maybe I'll install them when I put my carpets in...

Technically the day of delivery is not the car's real birthday but whatever floats your boat

My car's birthday was last Feb 9th, I took delivery on March 10th. My baby got new shoes for his birthday

So when is its real birthday, when the engine turned over the first time, when it rolled out of the factory, what constitutes birth? If an engine has problems and is thrown out, is that considered abortion? Should BMW be held liable for killing a potential driving machine??
