I believe it's at BMW HQ.

Could go to Paris... that's where MNavigator is!

I have it on good authority that both the VO and AW UK cars will be on display in the showroom at BMW HQ in Bracknell from Tuesday 19th April.

I still can not understand why someone at BMW AG has not put all three colors together in ONE spot for its customers to see. Even just for sake of a photo shoot/brochure. I think BMW is really playing this as a FAIL, IMHO.

Well thanks to my contact I got to see the VO in person at BMW HQ in Bracknell this afternoon on my way back from Cornwall.

AW was supposed to be there as well but didn't make it on time but should be there tomorrow.

I was hoping to rule out VO by seeing but in the flesh but all I can say is WOW and although i can't say for sure yet, i will definitely not rule it out. It is awesome IRL, definitely more orange than brown/copper and not dull at all.

The show room was not that bright and the receptionist did not think it was too bright when she saw it outside earlier.

This has made my colour decision a lot harder.

I hope to go back in the next day or two to see both colours together. I think it sucks we can't see all three but why should the 1M be any different to any other car in that respect.

No point posting photos as they have been captured so many times already. I think Clive's pictures here shown VO very well

Cheers,

Mark

Yes, its on the ground floor of the main building. Just park in the car park at the front in the bay for visitors.

The showroom is just off to the left on the ground floor, you can see the 1M through the window as you drive into the car park.
You don't have to sign in, though saying hello will probably help!

The lady on reception did ask if I wanted any assistance and said she could get someone down to talk to me about it but I didn't have much time today.

The car was open though I didn't sit inside.

I'm sure anyone ordering VO will not be disappointed, it looks stunning and the interior and stitching looks great too. Any fears I had are all gone!

Does anyone have any contact details for HQ as I want to make sure it is on show before I make the journey to see it?

Have a great trip, avoid the M1 if you can, by all accounts it's been a nightmare what with the fire and ironing man! LOL.

I'm sure you won't be disappointed, especially considering you had the balls to order orange in the first place.

Who knows, may even get to see you there, work permitting!

Nice one! Orange is soooo good in the flesh isn't it?

Some of the decent pictures do it justice but most don't quite capture it.

Defo mate it was after seeing the pics I had second thoughts about the colour but now I can't wait to get the car in orange its not a garish horrible colour I thought nor dull brown really beautiful looking car and inside just feels soo nice unlike my focus rs which was plastic and cheap feeling. Todays auto express review jus makes it seem even more attractive!!

Great to hear all the positive feedback! Good thing as I'm getting VO as well!

Planning a trip straight up to Scotland as soon as I get mine in 3 1/2 weeks!

Followed in r11saf's footsteps I went back to BMW HQ today to see both AW and VO together and instill can't make up my mind.

Both are fantastic. Can't go wrong with either, though as the sky was overcast when i arrived the orange didn't quite look as bright as it had on Monday.

Just need to get to see BSM in real life now somehow!

Decided not to go as I can't change my mind anyway. First time I'll see VO is when I pick up my car on the 14th!

Have you not narrowed it down yet from all three colours yet Mark?
