This is the 2009+ version: should fit older versions as well, but check with AMS to be sure.

Includes upgraded turbonetics t-bolt clamps (to replace worm drive clamps)

Check the AMS install Guide. I believe it will fit, with a tiny bit of trimming. Since I never installed it, I can't speak from experience.

Does it have the Black AMS logo on it?

Nope. I've included the T-Bolt clamps that replace the worm drive clamps. You won't need the worm drive clamps for the install.
