Unhappy HELP! scraped bumper - see pics

For the past 18 months, my monaco blue 330i has remained free of door dings and other cosmetic damage.

However, last week someone scraped my left rear panel - actually part of the rear bumper piece. There are about four placed where the paint is chipped off, and the photos show the two worst places. There is a dark grey color where the paint is missing.

Is this definetely beyond DIY using touch up paint?

Since its dark grey on dark blue, it really isn't that noticeable. If I don't repair it will it get worse?

Thanks in advance!

It won't get worse(bumper cover is plastic), but it won't get better either. It would bug the $hit out of me if it were my car. I had a similar problem with my S4 on the area in front of the front wheel. This is what I did. First let me say that have no professional body work or paint training. I ordered spray paint in a can from Paint scratch.(with flex added). I lightly sanded the area and filled in the depressions(they also have flexible filler) primed and spay painted the area. It looked DAMN good. I was proud of myself. If you do not feel confident in your ability to do a good job, have it professionally repaired. I would estimate $500-600. I could be wrong on the price.

It is not beyond a DIY, but the time you'll need to spend perfecting it is probably not worth the ~$300 to repaint the bumper.
