Another Lip spoiler!

I've just ordered a - boot 'lip-spoiler' for the e90 from Teddy at SSSD on recommendations from this forum.

Anybody own a Sparkling Graphite e90 with above spoiler and are you pleased with it?

Cheers.

I had one on my e92 335d and was very pleased with it.

Not sure if Teddy supplies the tape, but I use No More Nails Instand Grab tape. Worked a treat!

Mine came with the tape applied.

Hey guys

i just got the M3 spoiler in carbon fibre...wondering if anyone used the sillicon? i bought if of teddy but now i am not sure to use it or not.

I want it to be removeable for future but strong enough to not let chav pull the thing off for fun, and be able to not fall off when im driving fast, will the sillicon be hard to remove?

im sure the op would be interested to know too

As long as you clean the bootlid and apply pressure it will SLSTAB, if its a bit cold when you fit it you can always heat the tape before applying

Indeed, it would be handy to know how easy/difficult it is to remove a lip spoiler. I for one would be reluctant to remove the thing once it has been bonded for fear of damaging the paintwork.

Has anyone done this without damaging the boot-lid paintwork?
