Funny Sound

Ok I need some help....I hearing this funny clicking noise thats coming from under the passenger side of the car. The best way to describe the sound is, you know how when kids or even when you were younger they'd place a card in the spokes to have the clicking buzzing sound....thats the sound i'm hearing. The only upgrades I've had done is new fog light lenes and LED interior bulbs. If anyone has any ideas what it could be please let me know. Thank your time.

Did you check the plastic bottom that you removed when you did the fogs?
