Extra sub in the boot ?

Any one fitted one yet ?

Is there a suitable rear sub / low frequency speaker to take the feed from?

Battery is in the rear so that's easy, handy space under the boot floor for the amp too .....

Was thinking the same. Also there seems to be a big difference in sound between tracks stored on the nav hard disk and those played from an iPhone, the tracks on disk have more depth to them - it's the same file so does it use a different DAC?

Not sure about the sub question - I would check with some local car audio dealers. As far as the DAC question from "23"... You are on the right track - it is indeed a question of DACs. iPods/iPhones have a built-in DAC which is of rather poor quality and when you are running files from that location, they are likely being processed twice - once by the inferior DAC in the iPhone and possibly again by the car audio system. Some home audio companies (Wadia comes to mind) license technology from Apple to work around this issue... Keep the "important" music on the car hard drive system and use an uncompressed format for best sound quality (not MP3).
Cheers...

Has anyone tried streaming BT audio? what kind of quality did you get? I was thinking of trying to stream an internet radio station via BT (my car is in transit somewhere, so I can't try it myself).
