help! changing metric to imperial non-idrive

hi, first off, i did try to search it. and also through the manual
my father would like to change the temp and litres per 100k to imperial units on the orange lcd dash on his Canadian metric 2011 323i non-idrive. (not the speedo or the stupid vacuum guage)
i changed it on mine (also Canadian) but it has i drive. it now shows on mine the outside and hac numbers in ferinheight and the readout of liter per 100k to mpg that you have on your center display.
i dont want to do a coding for it, hoping that its just a few different clicks on the control stalk.
any info would be great
thanks in advance

It is really easy and only needs the top left control stock-thingy.

While stopped but car is on, use the little lever-thing on the left control stock to cycle through the options. Same one used to access the clock to change time, etc. One of the menus is for changing the L-km to mpg, setting the auto-locking-doors, etc. Without being in my car, I cannot figure out which menu it is. Fiddle with it for 5 minutes or stop by the stealership mid-day and ask the service guy to show you.

I still have no idea if 10L/100km is good, but I know 25-30mpg is.

on a 2011 you can have the temp in imperial. My hvac temp setting and the outside temp is set for that.

10L/100km is 23.5 mpg if you're American and 28.2 mpg if you're British, so whether 10L/100km is as good as 25-30mpg depends on how big you think a gallon is.
