Progman v25 Official Changes??
i just read that a member on this forum in Cali got the new progman v25 installed. when is the release in the NY area as my dealership still has no clue what im talking about lol.
is there poi now available with idrive? any list of the official changes the program does and is this free service? is it true it takes about 4 hours to install and the dealership does go joyriding to make sure everything is ok? |

25.00.02 is out. 02 fixes real time traffic which 25 broke.
It is not a free upgrade but 25 fixes an issue with the direction arrow in the small window. If you have that problem, call your dealer. Yes, you can search POIs i.e. find the nearest Home Depot. Search for a pdf of the fixes. Takes a while. Not sure about the joyriding thing.

it IS free if you have the pop up arrow display bug, which I believe we all have (V19 - V24).
if you don't know what that bug is, search the other threads on this topic. the weblink to the service bulletin is also included. assuming you have the problem, your SA should update the car for you for free. the bulletin states to "update on a customer complaint basis".
