DME version, going to have my key read today
As I understand it, they might tell me my DME version in one of two different formats. . . either 2.4x.x or some other type of format. If they tell it to me in the other format, how do I ask them to tell it to me in the 2.4x.x format? I saw the specific term used and I just can't recall it right now.
Also, do they need your car present to read the key? I don't have my tune removed and I just wanted to do some research before asking for a DME update. Thanks! |
