Video of my 320d E90 by BCS :) Awesome !!!
Hi,
I visited Nige at BCS Automotive in St. Helens a month ago or so to change my back box He asked me before the job if he can make a video of the sound of the new exhaust and also make some photos. I said ok, no problem Yesturday he uploaded the full video on You Tube. I hope you like it. Here it is :

Some of the sellers on eBay have these back boxes for around 300 pounds delivered. I bought one for that price 1 year ago from MV-Sport and thanks to God they didnt have it in stock and refunded me 1 months ago I spotted the same back box from BCS Automotive for 200 pounds fitted at their garage in St Helens. I called them and booked a session straight away After my visit they had 1 back box left and one bloke from this forum bought it straight after me I dont see any more of these on eBay, but you might try to call them and ask for future stock.

That'd be me! Bought the remaining backbox and got it fitted by Nige for £200. Mine is the M Sport version which suits this exhaust equally as well as the SE Matrez has. I particularly like the way the tips follow the contours of the bumper, similar to the Audi S line exhausts.

I am thinking about transwering my 320d to OEM M-Sport. It looks better than SE! I texted Nige and he has some more of these exhausts at the moment.

Hi Nige,
I have a LCI E92 320d m sport, what implications would this pose on the warranty? Thats my only concern, otherwise i love the look and sound!! I'd be interested in a group buy |

It is a really good price comparing to others and its not worse in any way It is really good quality and it is easy to clean so it shines on my car every day Unfortunatelly Diesel cars with no PDF give out black smoke out of the exhaust meaning it is black inside after any drive. I think power did not change of course as it is only back box and the sound maybe improved a little, but it is hard to notice. It is a 4 Cylinder Diesel car so nothing to expect from it, just looks
I highly reccommend these BCS back boxes !

I can't see why there would be a problem? There basically no audible change unless on a mission and it doesn't interfere with the CAT/DPF. I have an MOT booked for later this month and will report back, but I cannot foresee any issues.

I had a MOT a few months ago with this exhaust and no problems at all The sound is almost excatly the same and the emissions are as before. It would be bigger issue with insurance as it is noticeable modification which should be reported to the insurance company but I didnt bother with that. I hope I will get my money back if something happens to my car lol...!
Matthew.
