Was my suspension tinkered with? Pic inside

Several months ago I had my turbos replaced, relating to wastegate rattle. I visited the shop during the repair and remember there being a lot of parts on the ground, as it must have been difficult to access the turbo area. Recently (about 6 months after turbo swap), I am noticing very uneven tire wear. Can anyone tell from this photo if some suspension parts were removed or loosened to access the turbos? If they tinkered with my suspension I think they owe me an alignment, but I asked and they said it's unrelated to the turbo work. What do you all think? Are they giving me the run-around?

Cheers

Sorry for the vague pics, I was just snapping pics for fun, not looking for anything in particular.

I'm pretty sure you have to at least move the steering rack out of the way, may have to remove to that task. Just go get an alignment and you will be fine.

I need an alignment either way, but if someone can tell me that for sure suspension parts needed to be moved then maybe I can get the alignment for free. Right now they are saying theres no way they caused it. I think otherwise.

try to get the alignment covered. if not, just get one anyways. I see it as a yearly maintenance fee to get an alignment.

well from the looks of it, your subframe was removed completely, which houses all the suspension control arms, maybe they dropped it when taking it off and bent something?
