RAD wheel locks (incomplete set)

selling my RAD wheel locks. however it is an incomplete set with only 3 locks instead of 4. my mechanic lost the 4th piece by accident (long story). other than that, there are no problems with the wheel locks at all. they were used for slightly less than 2 years.

reason for sale: recently purchased a stud kit to make wheel changes easier.

retail price is about $60+shipping and taxes.

asking price = $24 shipped
will offer a much cheaper price for locals.
