2011 BMW with M-Sport doesn't come in Jet Black?

I just noticed that if you add the M-Sport to a 2011 BMW 3 series coupe you cannot get the jet black color, you can only choose sapphire black. Is this correct? Or am I missing something here.

You'd be correct sir, I had to double check this a few times when I first ordered at the end of last year. Thought I was doing something wrong because every time I selected the M-sport package, my car would revert to Alpine White (maybe this was a sign!). I ended up going with Sapphire Black and think it looks great! Although, I have to say, though I never liked white cars, AW on a bimmer truly looks amazing and almost converted me...almost...

There's always the next time for AW.

That's exactly how I felt when I had JB. AW looks so damn good on e92s.

Funny how different shapes can be more flattering for certain colors. Green looked great on the E36 and E46... I don't think the E9x would look so hot in that color

JB is soft and swirls easily. Go with BSM anyway.

Sapphire Black is not great with bird poop (just spent 3 hours trying to strip and polish). Poop etches the clear coat within 15-30 minutes. SapphireBlack looks great when clean but shows dust and watermarks just like JB. The sapphire Black option is just wangle some extra $$ from you (and me). Goes great with shadow line, window tints and the black headliner though ......
