Headlight EMERGENCY!
Hey guys today I will pick up my 06 330xi from the local dealer. He stted one headlight has some moisture in it. Now I'm not sure if this is LCI or non LCI I can't tell lol. But if I get either headlight will it work for the other? I know I read something about OSS I think those are the angel eyes and they paint the housing and all. Does anyone have their info? Or anyone have a pair of headlights in good condition willing to sell? Please let me know. I know I could search but I kinda need an answer in about 4 hours lol

it is an 06 so it is pre-lci, and no hl's are not interchangeable between the two.

They are interchangeable as far as shape goes. However you will need to have them re-coded to work on a pre-lci if you are tryign to fit lci to pre-lci. AKMOTOWERK does this for folks!

Moisture can be common but you should be careful that there is no damage to the headlights, new headlights from the dealer are about 1200. a piece.
Both of mine had condensation and then I started getting dynamic light failures. After a couple repair attempts they replaced both under the CPO warranty. Do you have any warranty with this car? |

It's from a private dealer, I will have to get extended warranty. Now if i decide to get the OSS I'm sure since they have to crack into the headlights so I'm sure they will seal it up so no more moisture gets in? Any feed back on this? I emailed OSS and nothing yet, and u also called AKMotorwerks but nothing yet (left voicemail) I need to try and get a pair within 30days
